ATT ACQUIRES WAYPORT, IPHONE OWNERS DUE TO GET 20,000 FREE WIFI HOTSPOTS

We wrote a few days ago that ATT has (re)opened their entire network of WiFi hotspots for iPhone users to be used free of charge.

But now there's even more good news for American iPhone users: ATT today announced that it has agreed, through one of its subsidiaries, to acquire privately-held Wayport, Inc., a provider of managed Wi-Fi services in the United States.

What this means for the average American iPhone user is that in total 20,000 WiFi spots will be available to you free of charge pretty soon. (No Ratings Yet)
