J.D. Power and Associates: iPhone offers highest customer satisfaction (Exclusive to iPhoneWorld.ca)

J.D. Power and Associates conducted a survey among some 1,400 mobile phones users and came up with a verdict: apparently, the iPhone has the highest customer satisfaction rating.

According to this survey's results iPhone has scored 778 points out of 1,000 points possible.

BlackBerry followed at second place with 703 points out of 1,000 possible, while Samsung was third with 701 points out of 1,000.

The industry average was 681/1,000, placing the iPhone far above the rest of the pack. That's some good news for Apple, considering that the iPhone is their first product entry into the mobile phones market.
